Non-compliance may result in feedback and revision requests before acceptance. # 🌟 Featuring Videos ## Automation Network Members are required to do the following to have their videos featured on the website. Include a hashtag in your new future video descriptions depending on what playlist the video should be added to in the format of #playlist\_PLAYLIST NAME, for example #playlist\_pop or #playlist\_rock etc and then your video will get automatically added onto the website within 15 minutes of it being uploaded to YouTube. All network members' videos are checked daily, if we find any issues with your video descriptions which cause your video to not be added onto our website then you'll be notified via Discord. This is normally caused by forgetting to include our website link or not using a valid playlist hashtag. Please ensure you respond to any messages about this and amend your description as advised to resolve any issues to prevent you from missing out on the free promotion. ## Playlist Usage Guidelines Please follow these guidelines when choosing which playlist to put your videos into. All videos are checked to ensure they are in the correct playlist and if they are not then we will amend them into the correct playlist on our end and you'll be notified for future reference to give you a better understanding of the genre. ### One Playlist Hashtag Per Video The automation only works with one playlist hashtag so please only enter one. ### Non-English Songs Songs that aren't in the English language must be put in there own language playlist, for example #playlist\_french Please check the playlists page to ensure that there is a playlist for the non-English language that your video is in and if there isn't then please request for one to be added via a support ticket within our Discord server. However the anime playlist is excluded from this rule. ### AI Generated Songs If your song is AI generated, you need to use the AI playlist hashtag. ### Playlist List This is the list of all playlists currently live on the website along with a description to help give you a better idea as to which playlist to use. ### New & Network Playlists You'll notice there are two playlists at the top of the playlist page on the website named new and network, all network member's videos are automatically added into these as long as one of the above automation hashtags have been used. ### Seasonal Playlists The following playlists are only visable on the website during certain times of the year as listed below. You can still use an automation hashtag for these playlists outside of the active dates and videos will still add to the playlists in the background and be included when the playlists are visable again.

Bypassing any steps will hinder our ability to assist you effectively. ## **1) Log a Ticket in Discord** Network members are advised to log their questions or issues by creating a ticket in the #support channel within our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/8uWBdWAbNG). This ensures that all queries are documented and can be tracked for resolution. By doing this you will receive the fastest response, as any staff member who can assist will be able to respond. This also helps ensure your query isn't forgotten about. ## **2) Escalation to Community Manager** If you feel that your ticket response is unsatisfactory or if your issue is not being resolved in a timely manner, you have the option to escalate your concern. To do this, reach out to our Community Manager; Jedson, via Discord DM, username; jedsun All network members have Jedson on their friends list for easy communication. ## **3) Final Escalation to Network Host** If you are still not satisfied after discussing your issue with the community manager, you can proceed to the final step of escalation by contacting our network host; DJ Silver, via Discord DM, username; silverkisses # 🚫 Blacklist Appeals Channels added to our network's blacklist have typically been removed from the network due to violations of our community guidelines, unethical conduct, or other serious infractions. However, we understand that situations can change, and we are open to considering appeals for those who believe their channel has been wrongfully blacklisted or have shown significant efforts to correct past issues. If you were previously a network member but were removed from the network and want to return, you can fill out our blacklist appeal form here: # 🎥 Creating Videos Start of with choosing any song you want to transform into a slowed & reverb version. ## Editing the Audio \ Once you've downloaded your chosen song, you'll need to use audio editing software such as Audacity or online tools to transform it into a slowed & reverb version. In order to make a song slowed & reverb, some creators will just decrease the speed whereas others will also add reverb effects. ### Audacity * Import the song into Audacity. * Select the entire track. * Go to Effect > Change Speed and decrease the speed to around 0.9% to 0.7%. You can experiment with different speeds for each song and see which sounds best to you. Then press ok. * Go to Effect > Reverb > Manage > Factory Presets > Select any of the room options, like with the speed you can experiment with different reverb effects for each song and see which sounds best to you. Then press ok. * You can preview the song at any point with the green play button in the top right and go back to the prevoius steps to make any further changes. * Once you are happy with the song go to File > Export > Export as MP3 and then save this. ## Adding Visuals For sharing on platforms like YouTube, add visuals such as images and lyrics (optional).
